About JCL Law Firm
Jean-Claude Lapuyade, founder of JCL Law Firm, APC, opened his practice in 2007. Since then, he has recovered more than $250 million in monetary awards for his clients. He focuses his work as a litigator on claims for employment law violation cases and unlawful housing practice class-action lawsuits.
Mr. Lapuyade received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona and his law degree from the California Western School of Law. He is licensed to practice in all California state courts, as well as the U.S. District Court’s Central and Southern districts in California. His name was selected for inclusion four-times in Super Lawyers Rising Star, and he has edited articles on complex insurance coverage topics for the consumer attorneys of San Diego’s newsletter, Trial Bar News.
