Biography
Ms. Amaya is a San Diego based labor and employment attorney representing employees throughout the state of California. Ms. Amaya represents current and former employees in wage and hour class actions for unpaid wages, missed meal and rest breaks, misclassification, and wrongful termination.
Ms. Amaya earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from San Diego State University. Thereafter, Ms. Amaya earned her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Amaya spent her time volunteering with various nonprofit organizations such as the Immigration Justice Project and Access, Inc.
During her free time, Ms. Amaya enjoys traveling and listening to live music.
