Mr. Nitti is a San Diego-based labor and employment attorney representing employees throughout California and Nevada. Mr. Nitti's practice focuses on class actions advocating on behalf of current and former employees involving wage and hour disputes, misclassification, wrongful termination, and other employment-related claims.

Mr. Nitti was born in Rochester, New York before being raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Colorado Mesa University where he was recognized as an Academic All-American for the men's lacrosse team. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA.

Before joining JCL Law Firm, Mr. Nitti gained experience in the fields of Corporate Litigation and Transactions, which provided him with a well-rounded perspective that now benefits his employment law practice.

In his free time, Mr. Nitti enjoys playing golf and snowboarding.
