Eduardo Garcia is an associate at JCL in San Diego. Mr. Garcia is a labor and employment attorney representing aggrieve California employees throughout the state of California. Mr. Garcia's litigation practice focuses on representing current and former employees in wage and hour class actions for unpaid wages, missed meal breaks, missed rest breaks, misclassification, wrongful terminate and tenants in unlawful housing actions.

Mr. Garcia was born and raised in San Diego, California. He earned a Bachelor of Science in 2008 at University of California, Riverside in Business Administration. In 2012, Mr. Garcia earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. In his final year of law school, Mr. Garcia was a Judicial extern for The Honorable William McCurine. Mr. Garcia began his law career with a San Diego Law firm where he practiced for over 7 years in real estate, business and landlord/tenant law.

Mr. Garcia is a man dedicated to his family and enjoys spending the weekends with his wife and daughter. When not with his family, Mr. Garcia enjoys golfing, watching soccer and football. Being a second-generation immigrant, Mr. Garcia learned very early on that that hard work, perseverance and diligence are necessary in reaching your goals. Mr. Garcia is a motivated professional that demonstrates a record of putting clients interests' first, understanding their goals and achieving positive results. Mr. Garcia is fluent in Spanish and would happy to assist any Spanish speaking clients.
